  • We are not responsible for any payment processing issues or disputes
  • No refunds will be provided for any subscription payments

  • All payments are handled securely by LemonSqueezy
  • By subscribing, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms of service and privacy policy
  • Payment information is stored and processed by LemonSqueezy, not by us

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period

5. Free Tier Limitations

  • Free tier users have access to basic transcript features
  • Limited to 10 transcripts per month
  • We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Extension, including all content and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension
  • All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by their respective owners

7. Third-Party Services

  • The Extension integrates with YouTube and other third-party services
  • Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions
  • We are not responsible for any third-party services or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
